There is a known rule: “... and these days are recalled and (through this they are) observed”: it means that we should recall the events of “these days” so that … all the good influences which were revealed then for the first time will be “observed” [will happen] again, and even on a greater scale than for the first time. And it should be done as soon as possible, as is said: “When the end of the exile came, HaShem did not delay [their redemption] for even a single moment (לא עכבן אפילו כהרף עין).” (“Yalkut Shimoni”, “Shemot”)
