In this week’s Torah portion we read:
You shall make a choshen of judgment, the work of a master weaver. You shall make it like the work of the ephod; of gold, blue, purple, and crimson wool, and twisted fine linen shall you make it. (Tetzave, 28:15)
Every person eagerly awaits the ultimate redemption through Mashiach. The words “choshen (358) of judgment” (“choshen mishpat”) suggest that the way to merit Mashiach (358) is through “mishpat” – true and honest judgment.
